It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features that it is worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to move it around flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable.
